Building A CUSTOM Exhaust For My B-Swapped Civic!

Today we are building a custom exhaust for our B-swapped ek civic! This custom built exhaust will be a complete budget built DIY exhaust system! We will be building this custom exhaust with cheap parts but trying to make them better and work all together. This custom exhaust will make my B-swapped EK civic sound better and performing better! This is my first time custom building an exhaust on my B-swapped civic!

Measure twice cut/weld once 😂 in the future you could try to to tack it with 1 or 2 small beads to make sure everything lines up before you complete the welds. Seems like you got there towards the end. But good on ya for doing it yourself. Great learning experience either way, good job 👍🏽

It's all about the learning process. Definitely a lot of mess ups and hopefully I can fix them all!

Probably a little too late but if youre going to take off the header again, take it to a machine shop so they can put the flange on a belt sander. Good chance the flange is slightly warped from the manufacturer

@TTRGARAGE you could but you run the risk of it coming out uneven. With a belt sander, you can get the entire surface
