Great video man! Yeah I think you are the first person to do a 2" front receiver like the way you did it. There are already a lot of other winch mount options out there for the H3, but I think your idea was the most cost effective. At the end of the video it looked like you were using the 2" extension piece that you bought to test it. I am guessing you already know, but when you really go to use the winch, I would avoid the extension because it makes the winch stick out a lot and that will affect offroad approach angle. The winch did look really good on there without the extension bracket. Great job and keep up the good work!

Yeah overall I was really happy with how it came out. I just used the extension because I hadn't drilled a new verticle hole for the pin in the winch mount yet.

Love your videos... I bought myself a Zeak winch for my sxs and love it. I was torn between the badlands and zeak. I watched Project Farm youtube channel test several winches and zeak was on top...Can't wait to see you test it out.

Good video.... thought about doing the hitch receiver also but for $600 you could have purchased a heavy duty bull bar with a winch plate integrated on it ...2 hour install and looks great. There is a video of an install on KZbin.

Get a good step bit and it went pretty easy. I just ran out of bits and it made my life alot harder than it needed to be.

I dunno man. Just seems out of place. Like an afterthought. But I'm not sure there is a better solution for that. Maybe a aftermarket bumper you could mount a winch in.

Oh for sure if the winch is on. I wanted the winch to be easily removable and then everything look stock when it's off. I'm not running with the winch on unless I'm offroading.

$700 Hummer H3?? I wanna see some proof on that lol and man you need some time lapses and music. BADLY. This entire video was like clips from a 9th graders shop project. Very little showing of what you’re actually doing, doing it, and dead silence otherwise. There’s even that every so silent ring or tone like when there’s complete silence irl. KZbin some tunes and add em man! Cleetus did that and it’s famous now! Plus what happened to the entire team you had? Didn’t you have a few ppl helping? I may be wrong.
