A human rights operating system is a powerful concept, and can be implemented largely with the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Earth Charter.

A top priority for humanity is to build an open source and decentralized global digital platform that can merge the knowledge and sentiment expressed in simultaneous conversations with millions of people around the world. The platform can include measures of the trustworthiness of statements. It can become a form of collective terrestrial intelligence.

Clarification - Decentralization is not the same as blockchain. It's having my smartphone be part of the global platform, with as much of the speech recognition and language models, and graph and vector databases as possible to run on my local device.
