You have mad skills and admirable patience, just won a new subscriber, Ben! I'm from Holyoke and have family in Chicopee so this was pretty special to see, kudos.

That is great work! I am a firefighter in PA and do woodworking but have never worked with graphics under epoxy. Please tell me, you just apply the decals directly to the sanded wood? No sealer before? It would seem to me you would have to worry about delamination below the epoxy? I have looked at many videos and cannot really find definitive explanation. Thank you for your time and again, great work!

Bob Cetta after I sanded down the wood to about 400 grit, it was nice and smooth and I made certain there was no saw dust left over and the decals stuck just fine for me. Once I covered the entire table with epoxy that solidified the decals as well. Thank you by the way!!

That is fantastic brother. For your department logo did you use a vinyl sticker and epoxy over it?

Yes sir! The T1, E1 and middle Department logo are thin vinyl stickers but the red Maltese cross was carved out with a hand router and then filled with red epoxy! Thank you for the support brother!
