A friend of mine passed away a couple years ago now and this video has inspired me to make a display box for his Halo Spartan II Helmet.

Nice video. Adafruit has a great article on their website about working with neopixels. It's, for example, recommended to add a resistor in series between the arduino and the data in on the LED ring to protect the first LEDs control chip.

Great tip! I’ll have to check that out.

Your hands and arms look very similar to mine. I have a radial club arm on my left, and am missing my left thumb. It's very nice to see people involved with this type of making who have similar bodies to mine. Thank you for your visibility!

Good evening, getting ready to buy a glow forge pro. Seeing a lot of mixed reviews has made me somewhat nervous. I know you use, however do you feel as this is a good buy or would you have another suggestion
@VanOaksProps10 ай бұрын
I've had an extremely positive experience with my Glowforge and use it a lot more than I expected to. Are there others in the market, sure. Have they been around as long and have as big of a community of users? Probably not. So there's more than just the machine that you're buying into that should be considered.

Now, just hang this up in an office with a sign on it saying.. "Break glass incase of emergency" .. And, seeing how you did this, make a hologram using this same technique. :D. As always, love your builds!!

Looks amazing as always sir! Would love to see you make a 3D printed lightsaber and then add electronics. I don't think I've seen a really good KZbin tutorial thus far showing something like what you provide, that's easy to follow. As always, thank you 🤘 💀

You should look into WLED to control the leds via an esp8266 or esp32 board. Much more flexible and easier to set up. Also allows you to connect to the leds via wifi to change colors and effects.
