Do you have a problem with once the bucket is full the rear of the mower coming off the ground 🤔?

Yes ! And that's another reason I built the rear lift which I use to lift up a counter Ballance

could you change to an electric hydraulic pump to your loader rather than a winch?

I don't see why not. Sounds like fun

Just looking at the structural design of that loader. Uhmnn ...no. Johhny-D has a better design than that. Sorry man. But nice try. That's just a no for me. John-Deere still uses the front mount. But uses turn buckle to mount to the middle of the frame. I thought of building a blade that latched into the ball hitch in the back. Then mount the cylinders from the front. But to each their own I guess?

I am working on another design now but I don't know if I will spend the time or money to build it especially since the first one works Great. Good luck on yours ! And join the group and send pics
