Hello, watched your videos for the Dianne’s Rose, excellent job on that boat!!! Very nice indeed! I’m also building one. I saw you made yours 20’, did you have any problems with the extra length? I’m going to build mine 21’. I want an extra 12” in the bathroom, bow, stern and sleeping benches. Before I go to nuts on the build, I thought I would ask you first if you ran into any problems or not? Thanks for your time, I love the work you guys do!

I believe I've seen y'all build 2 houseboats.. 1. Glen-L Gypsy and 2. a Dianne's Rose. Is that correct, and if so, which build did you prefer and more importantly, which final product/boat did/do you prefer and why? Appreciate your videos. Very informative and you do such great work. Fun to watch. Thanks!

After watching all of your posts, I wondered why you don’t glass the interior of the bottom hull. I know fresh water is the enemy and causes rot. You DID paint one as I remember. Is that enough?

You don't need to fiberglass the interior, the fiberglass on the exterior is just for scuffs and scratches. A few coats of epoxy resin followed by paint is sufficient to keep water out and probably better since they'll be no potential voids you get with fiberglass over hard angles.
