Welding and cutting on the bike while the gas tank is in place is not a good idea and chopping a motorcycle doesn't make it a Harley.

A technically incorrectly made frame will not work for long. I am not even talking about the frame material and the possible welding problem, the design itself raises many questions. By putting such a wheel back, you may have taken into account that the load on the engine and its clutch increased multiple to its weight
