BUILDING a HAUNTED HOUSE in BLOXBURG

Civil Engineer and Architecture student here, sharing a bit of my architecture knowledge rn. Typically, the haunted houses you seem to think of from movies and tv shows are mostly based around the style of "Queen Anne" houses. These types of houses are famous for their multiple floors, seemingly random color palette, and "random" spires/Gable roofs/Hip roofs. Queen Anne Homes resemble the Renaissance style architecture seen during the time of Queen Anne of England's reign. They're typically pretty easy to spot from a "normal" home and are still a style that is used to this day.

As a person who really loves halloween, I'm very happy to see you make this haunted house! Haunted house will be at my school too, so video gives me excitement for the haunted house! Day 10 of giving more suggestions! 1. I think a grocery store or convenience store is perfect (small or big, any kind of size) 2. A salon so you don't look crusty (jk.) But i think it would be nice 3. A campsite would probably fit in the fall vibes, i think 4. Since some or a lot people suggests a school, a school would probably* make the people happy :D 5. A police station, for safety? Idk, i just thought about it 6. A vet for animals! If you are choosing one of the suggestions, thank you 🙏

typically haunted houses are that style because usually houses that are actually haunted have ghosts and typical haunting ghosts are from an era of older houses like victorian type style. thats why most haunted houses arent modern houses because they arent dimmer and they dont have much room to be haunted. which is why people feel safer in more modern houses. because ghosts typically haunt in the dark (point blank why horror movie kill scenes are specifically filmed at night so it seems more ominous.)
