Building a divine barrier that demons can not penetrate: 1. Build a life of prayer and meditation. Prayer and meditation will strengthen our spiritual defenses. Prayer eliminates anxiety. 2. Building your faith in God. Faith eliminates worry. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. 3. Study of scripture. The word of God provides protection against demonic attacks 4. Live a righteous and holy life. Leading a life that is aligned with God’s word gives you a spiritual barrier. 5. Community fellowship. Provides mutual encouragement and protection. 6. Repentance and forgiveness. Regular confession and forgiveness cleanses the spirit and removes footholds. It keeps your heart clean. Fill the house with the word of God. 7. Sharpening spiritual discernment. Pray for the gift and sharpening of discernment.

@tbrown0420 I sincerely pray for you. I fight that battle a lot in my own mind. Find a declaration that opposes the thoughts. When your mind is flooded with these thoughts you must speak aloud the declaration. This prevents the thoughts from dominating your consciousness and builds faith in you.
