This was a great video I plan on adding some nuc's to my home lab. I'm not a huge fan of racks for home use I leave that stuff in the data center.

Hey thanks! Yea this is definitely a simpler, easier and more power efficient setup

Hello Great Video, what kind of machine do you recommend for vSphere 7 homeLab? Keep up the good work. Thanks

Thank you! Really it all depends on what you’re planning to run. If you just wanna do some VMs for messing around and learning you can get away with my setup. I5. 16gb ram.

Great video, I’m curious about getting one of these myself. How has your lab performance been?

Performance has been great! I’m not doing anything too crazy though. It’s just a test lab. I’d definitely recommend getting an NVME drive tho as that will significantly speed up your performance

I am thinking of buying CTONE Mini PC Intel N95 16GB RAM 512GB to test the concept of home server? From your option, is it ok to start with it?

Sure! You don’t need anything fancy to get started on a home lab. I still use the same NUC to this day and it’s been like 3-4 years now.
