I think it's awesome the way you and your neighbors are able to help each other out. It just makes life better for everyone involved. Seeing things like this restores hope in our society, compared to everything that's going on in the news today. I'm about to do the same hoop house basically but from what I've seen people say you need a net to stop them from breaking their necks on the ceiling when they get spooked. Do you think that's a good idea or is it not a problem for you without a net?

They really don't perch like chickens. They like to hide in the bushes. We need some in there. We have Christmas trees in the other pens

Its open. We had to use a plastic net on that pen and it want mold to close that hole. Couldn't find chicken wire. But we will close it up

We trap alm year long lol. We just don't start trapping videos until the winter. People are very funny about that. But I truly believe in keeping their numbers down. They are wood rats lol and can get out of control
