If possible, and I've done it a few times, Ply out the hallway and use a barrow 🤔😉to be fair that is a tortuous route!

Quick Q. The wall of the older extension….you did leave about 600mm on each side right? Because you need lateral resistance by way of a wind post or pier system?

Wow that was some serious work with the mixer! How many cubic metres was that and how long did it take for the whole pour?

That last section of the pour did you have to put dowels into concrete to connect the slab or is it just butted up

Quick question for you - with a garage conversion, do you have to expose and demonstrate foundations in the same manner? Seems like it might be total overkill in expense. Cheers.

If you are converting an existing structure you don’t have to worry about the foundations. 👍🏻

why did you leave a gap in the foundation? I get it's for drainage, but shouldn't the foundation be joined regardless? you now have two separate foundations that are likely to move independently from each other.
