Hi new to your channel but one thing I don't understand you said you bill your house in portmore but where did you get the land to bill did you buy it it's a family land because I am from portmore and I don't know of any land selling portmore I know you can get a house to purchase I hope you see this so you can answer me on this one please cuz I would love to purchase a house in portmore but I would like to find out how you did this I am living in America right now

@@jenmiller1639 Hi Jen, thanks for your question. In short, I bought a small 2 bedroom house and the land that was in the back of it, I made an addition and turned it into a separate house. It’s common in Portmore. I don’t know a full list of areas but you can actually buy just land in places like Cedar Grove and Hellshire. I have a whole series on my channel detailing various stages of the process from the platforms I used to find properties, how I got a mortgage, building, etc.

Hi Kim, my dad did a rough estimate based on his knowledge and it was pretty close. Anything else, we just bought. I have a video on the channel with the first purchase order. I think it’s in the cost breakdown video.
