Hi, I’m sorry all of my connections are fully booked. Everyone is busy and there are waiting lists of at least one year, 2 years for this particular builder who does not let me give his number any more. Wish I could help 🙏 Best of luck !!

The grass is real and the place is for sale for somewhere around 700k I believe

Was and is still thinking about buying a house in either Terceira, The Algarve or Madeira when I retire in 3 years from now are the prices. To much money for so much less of a house. $700k for that small thing is mind boggling.

It is close to $1m. I have the same criteria and have evaluated the market for 12 days here in Madeira, leaving tomorrow. It is not a good time to buy currently unless you don't mind getting into the bubble. The bubble might get much bigger too, you never know. :)

Thanx Tony, if I told you, I’d be guessing... but I can guarantee you that it has become much more expensive than it used to be. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was around the 400k mark

I can’t say, things have changed so much since this build, if you can find a builder, it won’t be cheap. Expensive time to build at the moment, might be worth it, only time will tell

pensava que iam falar dos coisas malucas que vocês constroem… à beirinha da ravina... fiquei desiludido 😊😂 Gostava de perceber como é conseguiram fazer caber tantas casas em sitos que são simplesmente impossíveis. Em sendo designer e já fiz estagio de arquitetura, foi das coisas que mais me impressionou 😂 Vocês têm casas a sair de todos os lados. 😂😂😂 Quando saem do funchal e das estradas principais é que se vê bem as maluquices que constroem… 🤣 Eu percebi o motivo do video, estou a brincar com vocês.
