I observe flaws in the construction, the bricks are not fitted to the columns, the porch beam is not fitted to the columns, the iron bar mesh does not have elevators. They did not use a vibrator during emptying. Simple things but that take away the rigidity of the structure.

Owe my lord, we are looking at a $10k house. The brick walls did have an iron rod implanted with a drill in the concrete columns about every 5th coarse of bricks. The one thing I did notice was a plastic membrane went down before the concrete floor was laid which doesn't normally happen in Vietnam.
