NO NEED. Cause you can (and I know this might be wild but) you can transport the fuel with planes. Build a airport in Afghanistan and you have airport in Kolkata so it will be a very profitable as well as effective line which won't disturb ND's growth while making more income. So yeah it is a win-win situation

India doesn't have trams, it has buses extensively and largely all over. So as an Indian I would you to suggest to change or add the citywide transport to buses only.

You know what, most of the ports (Nellore, Bezawada, Vishakapatnam, Vizianagaram, and Srikakulam) in the passenger shipping line come under one state i.e. Andhra Pradesh in reality, and I'm from that state. I would further recommend you to please create a souther coast railway line to the eastern side, which is a very prominent route in reality in India. Hope you do well.
