It is a cut to custom foam pad that has adhesive on the back and i bet it would work perfect. And it comes in all diffrent colors. They have those garbage can drawers the roll out of base cabinets. You could do that with storage bins under the platform. Roll out cots to sleep on under the platform. Hammocks between the outer wall and support beams. Instead of a table to eat on taking up space. You could put the table top on strong soft close drawer sliders. Just pull out from under the platform when you want to eat.

A couple of suggestions for you: I think you should get some rubber horse mats for the floor inside the blind for your comfort and easy cleaning as well as something similar to put on the ceiling for sound dampening. You could get rubber car mats with the deep treads for Lucy's boxes too. That way she has something with grip to enter/exit from. Once she's wet, her platforms inside the boxes could get kind of slippery and at the end of your hunt, you can just take them out, give them a rinse in the pond (or just dump them out). I bet she would appreciate it not being slippery and not as cold to sit on (metal on her body after diving into a pond could be pretty harsh). I realize no one knows where your blind is, but just in case someone comes across it, you may want to a) lock it up when you aren't there. You could find a tree or stump in the woods to hang a back-up lock box to hide a spare key from, b) spray paint the top of the blind a nice 'dirt' color. Once it's got a good coat of dust on it, it'll blend right in from those pesky flying critters aka ducks/geese/waterfowl and c) hide a camera somewhere in there with a live feed to your cell phone. I would use an actual security camera (solar of course) and not a game camera. We all know how reliable those are for ya! Great set up, Andrew! It was also good to hear Papa Beefcake's name being dropped. We have't see him here on the channel for probably a year. I'd asked a few times how he's doing and where he's been so it's good to have his name dropped at the very least.

Lucy’s outside cubby: -camo dog cover -rubber floor pad for traction and keep her warmer than cold metal Under shooting deck: -pull out trays or compartments to hold ammo, extra guns -totes for extra gear and tools to make repairs -totes for extra storage like paper towels, dog bed -pull out work station to edit videos Stairwell: -cover for battery packs down below, maybe plywood underneath that flows with underside of stairs -keeps battery and solar panels dry and safe Wall by stairwell and walls in front on deck: -by stair -have hanging outlets to charge mojos -by front wall on deck -outlets to charge phones On each main support post: -picture of each individual person with a bird for memories that coincides with their designated spot to hang coats and gear

I got two suggestions for the under ground duck blind. So first for beds I think y’all should like add as many cots as you can so all yall can sleep and add so little shelf’s for like clothes. Then I think yall should add a table just for skinning ducks for catch, clean and cooks. And last I think yall should add just like a little chimney or just a whole in the ceiling for the steam to g on through when yall are cooking. Please read Flair, love your vids.

Dude look into the mice deterrent called “Fresh cab”. Truckers and farmers and storage units use it a lot around here with great results. A couple in the bunker would be plenty. You just have to change them out around every 30-90days or something. Hide in the corner or something away from Lucy. Hope this helps keep your bunker mice free! All the best guys.

Rubber Chickens will forever be the weapon of choice for good people with malicious intentions. My child self still wants 30 year old me to get a bunch of scream sticks just to be as annoying as possible when people least expect it 😂 The best fried rice is the all meat fried rice. I'd say you'll probably need a portable toilet for the blind since it's flat all around you. Maybe use one of the dog doors or drill a hole somewhere to vent the smell after all the catch and cooks! 😂 As far as sleeping goes so it's portable and lightweight due to rats I'd go with hammocks that could attach to the ceiling beams then double for hanging other things when not sleeping. Just to help retain heat and cut down on light or sounds echoing out while the hunting hatches are open I'd put tension rods with thick black curtains between the platform posts. Spray some camo colors then you got yourself some extra cover while the birds fly over. Love the videos though keep up the hard work!
