Building a mast boot with an inner tube and a Sunbrella pleated skirt to protect it.

I've tried a number of products and this is the cheapest way I've found to create a leak proof mast boot. And they look nice.

This is just... wrong. Butyl tape works better, then wrap with cloth and paint... but this pirate operation could weave grass skirt and make all the girls giggle and have to travel to this remote outpost to have one no matter the cost, lol
