Grateful for this channel, the work you all do, the professional approach. Ya'll are part of what makes KZbin great. My boy loves watching these videos with me, he's 2, but loves knowing that when you guys use tools "dad use tools too!" and it's excellent. I appreciate that I get to share these moments with my boys, even if one is far too young to understand and the other just likes seeing powertools in use.

If you are into indepth explanation of 'hows' and 'whys' certain construction techniques are used, Essential Craftsman is another good channel that gets fairly well detailed, but they aren't only into construction and reno like these 2 channels.

To complete that much work in only 4 days with 2 crews that have never worked together is astounding! Especially when you're so far from home and sharing some tools. It sure looked like everybody had a great time, which always make the work go faster and the days shorter. Poor Jason looked kind of defeated the second Rad went for skin!

I just came down off a roofing job. Was it HOT today? Yeah, a bit. Plenty of sunscreen and sprays down with the garden hose every time you come off a ladder. Then I cracked a cold one while watching your crews stack trusses and was glad that I am now inside out of the sun. Then you showed the good times had on the cool, cool river, Aaaaahhhh. Awesome video guys!!! There's no substitute for a great framing crew!!! My last crew was a bunch of native American Indians, and they would have a 6,500 sf stick built done and tar paper on top in 4 days. My concrete crew had the walled basement poured and stripped in 4 days. My last subdivision was 13 - $900k homes...I miss building, sadly the knees are gone, and I still have a full house to finish. I'd love to get the Pack to stop by...hint hint 😎 Keep up the great work...safe travels on your way back home 😎

8:34 I hate those high maintenance unreliable Passlode nailers. You have to take them all apart to clean them, replace O-rings. I had issues with three of them. Now they sit in a closet collecting dust.😂

I enjoyed this collab. Loved the bit about Rad putting the camera back in his mouth and them saying someone else licked it. "You been cheating on me buddy?" ROTFL. Everyone seemed to have a great sense of humor but also worked hard. It was great to see how much progress was made. I hope you guys have a chance to work together again. Also love how they relied on Paul's perfectionism to get some stuff done right. Love the drone camera shots as well. It's amazing to me how far technology has come that it's possible for people to film like that. Will you be using any ideas from this-- web joists or web trusses and such? Any plans to have the actual house raised up-- even if its on a short layer of ICF so you won't have to do plumbing through slab and have less of a chance of flooding in the actual house? Bonus lake day footage was great too.
