You should consider making a longer leverage arm at your handle to make it easier for you to turn harder stock

Yea, I'm going to need you to send me those cut files HAHAHA! Seriously though, that's a pretty nice tool there. I need one of those for my Model A project. Just a simple observation... do you think a longer handle would make it any easier?

Longer handle absolutely. I think spacing the lower idler wheels further apart wouldn't be a bad idea either. Hey, I'll send ya the files if you want. A bearing on the input would go a long way....
