You can try strapping the rear of the car down to pull it down into the roller a bit harder. You will lose a bit of power due to added rolling resistance but will get a more accurate reading than you are with it lifting and spinning.

Te rolling resistance is the only reason I can see why the dyno guy is happy running it like this?? Sketchy as but it's rolling up on to the top of 1 roller only.. loose traction too tho but the car not setup to "lift" body and plant the radials anyway. Need setup rear suspension and put it on a hub dyno. They very lucky nothing went wrong

If you fitted some normal wheels with narrow road tyres your bhp would have been a lot more and wouldn’t have put a load of wear and heat into the drag radials. Same them for the track.

Quick and easy fix to this issue, (properly strap the rear first of all), once the rear straps are in place, air down the rear tires, cinch the straps tightly and refill to normal tire pressure, voila! No more spinning.

Dont need to be a pro to know more surface area means more grip. Also, that's why instruction sheets are usually ignored. I agree with Brent and spraying some 3m glue across the tires. PFI speed does it all the time on anything 600hp amd up

Exhaust has to be 4" all the way to back box . Also inside the back box has to be minimum of 4". You guys have installed Greddy exhaust from half the way which is 2.5 or 3" and does not work for high power. All the best

@@oftankoftan making 850 to the wheels is approximately 1,000 to the crank. (Edit: A motor loses approximately 15% of CHP to the drivetrain.) CHP is what's used and advertised by automakers... Plus, they can always use the nitrous to add horsepower.

Sketchy dino strap job from this shop, I wouldn’t risk taking my car there. It’s all fun and games when nothing happened but when it does everyone starts panicking, yelling, second thoughts etc

No, the tires are probably spinning because of how loose those straps are. Tighten those things down hard and the tires won't spin as much. The car shouldn't be lurching forward like that. Lucky the rear wheels didn't catch otherwise it would lurch forward or break something.

Car is strapped properly. It's not supposed spin both rear rollers as it's making power, it's supposed to stand up on the front/rear roller - the roller in the very back is there to keep the car from moving back while it's being set up and after a pull. One point of contact, just like when the vehicle is on the road, is the intention with this style of dyno.

I definitely don't like the way the car was jumping atoms on the dyno!!! Should've found a more secure way of strapping it that didn't involve the straps rubbing on the front fenders... I also feel like if the rear tire was staying in the groove of the rollers it wouldn't have been "spinning".

In the most throtl tradition 860hp is getting rounded off to 1000hp. Ps. They couldn't make 1000hp so loosened then straps made wheels spin and now they have an excuse.

Figures the wheels and tyres are more showy than form factor needs either clamped drag tyres or reg Street style tyres and probably a different dyno axle mount is more sturdy and accurate via the crank and doesn't need the tyres to grip as is mounted directly to both sides by the hubs

Damn beautiful Supra mk4 are, one of the best looking cars. Follow a Swedish couple here on tube that have a Supra4, and a new Mk5 with StHu body kit, They prepp their Supra and put out think its was 1001hp on the wheel. But in his latest video he talk about change things on the car, and stepp down in HK. To more street friendly spec. For a daredevil its probably a blessing to drive. hehe Im riding with my 95hk golf4, barely gets to 50kmh between the red lights :)
