This is awesome! The design of the COP on Vectors have to be one of my favorites.

I have a VFD indicator and since now I know to do the test mode, but I don’t know about the power source it takes. Do you know what power source, voltage, and connectors you use that’s required for that thing so I could power it up and do the test mode? - Jasan

This is a really cool project! I want to build something similar but instead build a fully working elevator model (basically an elevator shrunk down) and use an actual elevator panel to control it. It would cool if I could get my hands on one of these panels or at the very least the vfd indicator as it would go great with the project.

I'm probably going to see the Elevator Museum in October of this year, can't wait to see this, I've only rode 3 Monty Vectors in my life, but never used a pristine condition one

being this is going to roanoke too bad there was no way u could add to the ROM characters or access the sound to adjust the pitch and have the arduino make it display DD with the arows going up and down play the DD song with the mongomery tones when u press a certain code of buttons im sure if u dumped the rom and recoded a new chip with that added in u could but the fact this works is amazing
