Another fabulous video. The transformation of the timber with that hard wax oil is stunning!! Good luck with the move, moving a workshop is certainly not fun. Can’t wait to see the new workspace and would love to see more steambending and of course more of your doggy haha! (Ps love your idea of what constitutes a dum dum… the jigs and triangle markings are all very clever!)

The design has a beautiful harmony, easy to like. I noticed that some of the pieces have different color tones. Is it the nature of this type of wood or do you not have a sufficient amount of the same color?

Thanks! I was going to comment on this but decided not to. Ideally it would all be similar, I couldn't quite tell in the timber yard how different it was, and yes, unfortunately I didn't have quite enough to have it all match perfectly. But in the end I didn't actually mind the different tones, and it matched in places where it needed to and the client liked them which was the main thing!

@@dylanbarfieldfurniture Personally, I found the slight difference in color added more uniqueness to the chairs. I believe that the client will enjoy them for many years.

You obviously have made your way of doing things work well for you, but the height of your table saw blade and the upper guide of your band saw give me anxiety.
