@@dannydct1 the land is very high up over 2 storeys above sea level with lots of rocks down there .That will take a very long time.

@@kanti8942 private in the sense that it’s not opened to the public,fishermen don’t come there ,no road access to the beach and there’s no entrance unless you have a property there .

Usually, there’s no written contract bidding the two parties so you can’t sue should anything goes wrong. I asked a builder for contract and it was like as if I’m coming from a different planet 😅

It’s not a common practice here but some builders do it .Run from any builder who isn’t willing to have a contract .
