Camodo, stone and concrete are a lot heavier than metal. Tier 3 Metal is the most durable material in the game. Tier 3 Concrete is the heaviest. Swap out the core of your metal back weight with a concrete one. The metal will protect the more vulnerable, not by much, concrete. With the ramps being on pistons they have a certain amount of give to impacts. Try having them on the frame directly, as the frame has more mass and won't give much to impacts. Also when you're accelerating so much the front of the car pops up, so the ramp is then propelled over the bots. You might want to consider a kind of "Booster Stabilization" counterweight system with a couple pistons and some heavy masses running equally on either side of your vehicle. Have the pistons shoot off towards the front of your car and mount them in the middle (length and width wise) and on the bottom of your car. Have your boost button also fire off the pistons forward so more weight is shoved to the front of your car and it'll tend to keep it down.

I would recommend building a machine to dig up the stone blocks around the map and refine them on the go. Concrete is a very nice material for building with since it's a very smooth and affordable material, but it does take a lot of resource gathering to get large quantities of it. Explosives definitely help, but a mobile rock refinery would speed up the mining process even more.

the ramps are destructible. ScrapMan confirmed it when he built a cage to try catching a farmbot with. they are more resilient than other materials but still destructive

The ramps are not completely indestructible, but like all other durability 6+ materials only Farmbots can destroy them. They are immune to attacks from Totebots, Haybots and Tapebots.

If you think about it the physics make perfect sense because this is a game where most of the building pieces are blocks and if you ran something with a block is going to bounce off forward do you see where I'm going

Ramps are not indestructible, at least not to big bot. But the small ones cannot break them, at least not anytime soon. So yeah, should work very well against whipbots and haybots. Most likely against tape bots too, as long as they don't snipe you.

Hey camodo you should upgrade your boat with my ideas so you should place two rockets on the wings and two on the butt and the rockets on the wings should be under the wings and transform it into a car and plane for the plane you just places wheels that can go out and in and get two guns on the sides that can go in and out and for the car should make that the wings can flip from like the wings of a plane and spin it like your gonna slap someone and then put them in the sides and so you don't have to buy more buttons you connect one button to the rockets in the right side and the other button the left side and you should buy a lot of gas container and like 2 or 3 engines , i really hope you like my ideas and i will like if you give me a shout out for this idea if your gonna do it :D

Not sure if you need the set of ramps on the top because they never seem to reach that high, and even if they do get launched in on top of the vehicle, they are most probably in a ragdoll state. Also instead of using pistons, you could switch those to a suspension and tune it so that it lifts the ramps just slightly over the ground and you wouldn't need a bumper that way.

my car uses motor powered wheels that turns on with a switch going backwards. it makes all bots and cows fly behind me up to the sky. lol doesn't kill totebots and haybots but 1 hit farm bots. maybe you should try it too
