You're absolutely right Finn not to rush on anything about building your house. Be VERY EXTRA CAREFUL dealing with anyone from the lawyer, architect, construction workers, etc. Make sure they are legit and trustworthy NOT SCAMMERS. Good luck on whatever you do there!

Hello Finn. Too much rain in January is not common. The rains should come back in May when thunderstorms mark the start of the wet season. Best to plan your 5-month construction timetable. At the first sign of a cold or throat irritation, a bit of virgin coconut oil on a teaspoon works best as a natural remedy in my experience. DOH research proves it is good for viral respiratory infections like sars.

Nice project! Many years ago, scientists that the effect of climate change in the Philippines is lots of rain especially in the Eastern seaboards. It is happening. And we had LPAs that did not develop into tropical depressions, storms, & typhoons but lingered for a long time resulting in flooding. I am really hoping for summer.

I am a Brit who has lived in Iceland for the past 37 years and now and this June myself with my Filipino wife are finally moving to the Philippines to Tagaytay to live in our new house there. I watched your video about your new house, looks great by the way. Just be careful of any changes you make as they can become expensive (speaking from experience), also when the house is complete, keep some of your payment back as there could be issues that need fixing. Just curious, but which part of Iceland are you from Finn?.
