As I rest my backhand due to an injury, I am in the process of building a sidearm only bag. Let's see which discs stand out as great sidearm only throwers.

I throw my Tesla in proton at 168 weight almost all shots sidearm ... 9 speed board flat little bit of turn decent fade love that thing

I love the proxy on flick approach shot, especially anhyzer. You should probably fish it out and put it back in your bag for those. And its a lazer beam backhand disc.

My entire bag is built around forehand as I only really use backhands for patent pendings and some other approach shots here and there. I use a GStar Sidewinder blasted on a stupid amount of hyzer for a lot of my drives and it flips up and goes straight forever. Also use a Scorch a lot for a similar shot. Firebirds a no brainer, Zones a no brainer. Find yourself a stupidly overstable midrange like a Justice or any other +1/4 mid that'll just flex out no matter how much anny you put it on.

I have been practicing forearms with my ethereal Praxis and glow Mantra lately. The new Mint Lasso is also a fun disc. Hope your arm is on the mend and you got that thereaband flex bar.

I suck at sidearm, but I practice approaches sidearm because I can't gauge a backhand approach. The Matrix has come through for me. I like the feel but backhand wasn't doing it. Glad I found a use for it now.

I do love the Proxy on backhands. Might need to revisit it on a course away from water 😂.
