Building a STONE TOWER, start to finish.

In this video I gather all the raw materials as I build the second floor from start to finish on a Tower of an off grid, completely unfunded, mountaintop Castle....
The Castle started as a small cabin that was intended to be a safe place for gentlemen to talk about some of life's struggles.
As time went on the cabin evolved into a Castle bringing daily visitors totalling around 10,000 from all over the world. I guess the Castle is currently best described as a good willed well being hotspot.
From the attention the community donated funds from which I arranged for 50 people to do accredited mental health qualifications, ran yoga, fitness and meditation sessions, all free of charge, supported local music and had the pleasure to see many happy families making memories with organised events. The other side of this is many people have come up in times of crisis or lost in hopelessness to talk things through.
I'm not qualified as a councillor but I've done my best to listen and only comment when appropriate or needed and used the benefits of nature to help keep people grounded whilst talking about their experiences and perceptions.
Everyone has a different past, present and perceptive but, generally, My advice is to find a goal, a hobby.... Something your so passionate about you'll get up and out the door even on your worst days. But, if suffering is with concern, please find a good private councillor. I'm blessed to see someone once a week that helps me process recent events and come to terms with things in my past to have less of an emotional reaction when times are really hard. Its easy to forget every day comes with new choices and even in the worst conditions or circumstances there's always an opportunity to learn and grow. That even when life couldn't be any more unfair to remember there is always opportunities in chaos when we allow ourselves to see....
