I live a couple blocks from a highway but it’s the only walkable neighborhood in my city so it’s worth the sacrifice. The techno club reminds me of a club (well, more of a music venue) in Dallas that used to be called The Church. It was in a run-down industrial park south of downtown, and man some of the BEST raves and shows I've ever been to were there. My favorite show was Infected Mushroom way back in 2010. Bringing back good memories man.

Nice build, love the series! Hey, can't you put some kind of park hidden inside of the nightclub and play around with the invisible paths so people can actually enter the building? If that works, it will be great :D

Love the technopunk and grunge build. That music genre has such a history in Germany. It makes the city feel alive. Makes me wonder if the city ever went through an era of economic downturn. Maybe, like Detroit, if it's an American city. Or perhaps, it's owned by a chill German dude who doesn't care about the music's reputation. Maybe they're in a punk war with another punk bar; and both are trying to define the punk genre. BTW, that really happened in LA's Chinatown in the 1970s... Madame Wong vs the Hong Kong Low.

Hi Imperatur and happy new year. The club is a great ad to the map but it feel a bit empty. Sully made custom plopable NPC for his LA series. Maybe you could grab it and put them in the courtyard and at the entrance. It would be so nice. Continue your work with passion as you do :)

I live about 1000ft from a major highway. All of the freeways in my state have huge walls that really muffle the noise. The space next to the highway is all green with plants and trees to help reduce pollution. I can hear a faint constant rush outside, but it's not a bad noise. It sounds like the waves, from where I grew up. Being inside my house, with all the doors and windows closed, you can't hear anything at all.

My city, Chicago, has mainly trenched highways. I like them better than elevated highways for sure, and in Chicago specifically they often have metro in the middle, which is kinda interesting. Chicago has less highways than most US cities, all that got built in the city itself for the most part is a spoke coming south, a spoke coming southwest, a spoke coming west, and a spoke coming northwest, all leading into a stretch of highway that skirts the west of downtown. It's more than I'd like, but they're better than they could have ended up. There's also a highway up and down the lakefront, which is egregious and the bane of my life. I live right next to it, and even though I'm directly on an underpass, I still rarely use the lakefront amenities primarily because walking under a highway is so unpleasant even for a beach 5 minutes away. The south, west, and northwest-radiating highways have metro down the middle, and while it's better than not having those sections of metro at all they are easily the nastiest and least pleasant stations in the system.

3:55 I live about 100 meters away from one of the busiest highways in the Netherlands. Tbh it isn't that bad, we have sound barriers around the highway and after 15 years of living here I barely here anything. You get used to it I guess! And to solve the pollution; we have an air freshener constantly running in the house. So that problem got fixed in about 100 bucks :-)

I live right next to the cross bronx and its hell. every damn time of the night even at 2am theres a chance there will be heavy traffic. god forbid the lower level on the bridge to new jersey is closed. theyre thinking of adding 1 more lane, other plans are calling to cover the entire thing with a park. the absolute poor planning it took to create the expressway and the mowing down of poor neighborhoods culminated in a situation where theres literally no other main way through or around the city if youre travelling on i-95
