Check out Thornton Quarry which is south of Chicago. Interstate runs thru it and one side has been converted to a water reservoir while still using it as a stone quarry. Would be cool to see that in a build

I really like how the series is going. But I somewhat disagree with the repeated assertions that surface parking lots in a city center are a sign of blight. Especially in the vicinity of transit stations and other large facilities that attract large numbers of people. If the parking is well-used, the fact that it's there despite development pressure often signifies a very high level of attractiveness in the area that enables lot operators to charge ludicrous fees which make these lots very profitable enterprises.

honestly one of my favorite thing to do in CS2 with mods is make public housing ghettos. I live in America. It's pretty common. Gotta have the litter, the graffiti, the rubble, the homeless, the tents for the homeless.... now we're getting somewhere.

What texture pack are you using?

What mod do you use that you can place buildings inside of other buikdings without them having road Access. I habe move it an Anarchy but if i place a building behind another building zi creat an bigger building it shows that there is bi road acces an so the building dosent work. Would be really great if you could tell with mod you use for this. Love your videos, keep it up 👍
