@@RubberChickenMan007Lexus master tech here and you don’t boost the f line they are not built for boost these engines shine with head work and a nos kit for a mild na build they are not power houses the uz series is the Lexus powerhouse (started life as a race car engine then got out into a luxury sedan the ls400 after major detuning ) a 3uz (the 4.3) with a hardtop 2300 and a fully built long block can make over 2000hp at the wheel and is the most popular and common engine setup (1uz/3uz with supercharger) for Australias burnout cars

⁠@@yay842the engines themselves selves are not designed for boost meaning even when added unless a full rebuilds being done where pistons rods and bearings are being swaped out you won’t make much hp for the amount of money you’ll spend on just the isf and especially the rcf you can make a is350 have a better power to weight ratio then the isf while simultaneously getting its wheel hp close to the crank numbers of the isf brother of these engines where built with boost in mind but the gr series better suits it with its lower compression

not sure if u still monitoring the comments, did you solved the check engine light / TRC problems? checked few of your videos but couldn't find the answer, I planned to supercharge my is250 as well. but my wife is driving the car too, i don't really want to lose the TRC as i'm in a rainy country, roads are slippery half of the time, which ended up i'm receiving calls from my wife saying she crash the car or something.

Hey there! Well the traction control was never an issue by itself and just gets disabled when there is a check engine light. Once I got the car retuned and checked over it was all good and I didn’t have a problem again

The time and effort isnt worth the install. $3000 more dollars and you could just get a is350 with 100 more hp and f sport accessories

I just can't justify 7k for 100hp for a supercharger that won't do much more then that.when u can go get an isf for same price or a little more an not have to worry with it not lasting. Think ima just go with twin turbos If I do. There easy to work on

I made 430whp but that was really the limit with 93 octane, it was quick but definitely expensive to do. For me, it made sense because I built the car for less than an ISF costs, and get an ISF once I sold this car. ISF is a great starting point with 416 crank hp and the V8 with the 8 speed trans. You can supercharge those to 700hp+. I wouldn't say they are easy to work on, as the engine bay is super tight, they are riddled with valley plate issues, and there isnt room for twin turbos in the engine bay.
