Nice work. Have one of these in the stash, haven't made one of these kits since the 1960s. Plan is to 'europeanise' it for use with toy soldiers, removable roof etc. Looks like it'll be a 'big job' but the kits are inexpensive and pre-coloured which is a plus as I give them all away. I have also made use of the old Bilteezi kits for this, lovely art work but they need a bit of work to give them relief depth and as with Superquick they are quintessentially 'British'.

These kits are cheap and look good but they require a experienced moddler to pull them off.

@@chriscreativecontent I made some in my early teens, certainly not great art I was pretty pleased with them on my train set. For the toy soldier sets I'll need to kit-bash them a bit, adding an inner shell of 1mm grey card to make them 'parent proof'. The garage looks nice when completed and it is sufficiently generic to serve anywhere in Europe. I also have the station master's house and crossing keepers cottage in the stash.

Well done ! I mean that, as I've had one of these quick kits in a cupboard for 10 years, everytime I get it out and look at the instructions, which might as well say " Cut stuff and make like picture on cover." I just put it back and pretend I never bought it as a spontaneous purchase. Honestly how hard would it be to make a proper set of step by step instructions? Anyway, your's looks great when its finished. Props for the patience and ability to decipher the code of how to put it together. Better man than me sir. Good luck with the channel. Edit : I have to say after seeing your other superquick vids, the instructions are a lot more understandable than 10 years ago ! Mine has 1 sheet, tiny font, no pictures and terrible punctuation.

Thank you. The second one i did was a disaster. You're right about the instructions.

I have the signal box kit and on its way the country station with an extra platform, footbridge and island platform building. I have stacks of Hornby platform so going to see if these station kits work well with the Hornby platform or have to make up the platforms. Bit naughty you have to buy the platform separate to a building but I also imagine if you bought these as bespoke plastic models the cost would be eyewatering, a few quid gets you a very passable accessory.

Sounds like a big project you're working on. Just bear in mind that these kits are very fiddly and require a lot of patience. I have a HO scale KFC diner to build up at some point. Looking forward to that one.
