Hi Tom. Very insightful video once again Tom, congratulations! I just have two questions: 1- Imagine I want to present this to my management as a way to implement a Performance Excellence Program, how can I estimate the duration of each cycle if I want to present it as a roadmap? And from your experience, how long does each cycle last? 2- Once I reach the Strategy cycle, is it the goal to stay on that cycle indefinitely, or should I revisit the other 2 cycles? PS: I work in an Energy Utility company, specifically in the O&M of a power plant.

@@edsonsamuel7287 great questions, it immediately sparks ideas for follow up videos 😎 1a - there is no end to the cycles, you need all three of them from the beginning and always (you can choose to stop the improvement cycle for some time). 1b - for the factory level, one full cycle for Strategy is a quarter to a year; for Improvement month/quarter; for Control day/week. 2 - start all of them from the beginning. Although for many clients, strengthening the Control cycle quickly gives the biggest impact to their organisation.
