Great proyect ! 👍 When doing septic work always go a size bigger on pipe you will be glad you did ! And vent all your septic appliances , sinks , toilets , tubs , showers , etc. I'm fond of 4 inch pipe for septic . You'll never have clog ! Nice work ! 👍

Congratulations, love following your journey, We bought a building lot in Pro-Cab Cabarete in 1988 but had a few problems and sold in 2006, on going to check on our property the neighbour had built a wall to include our lot 1027sqm!! so We managed to put a stop to them claiming it and sold.

Wow. I am actually thinking to do the same. YOU guys have build beautiful Villa. I know this is a personal question but about how much did you guys pay between land and building. I will be retiring in a 6 years i am thinking to start looking for land in DR. THANK YOU SO MUCH. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

@OurDominicanDream thank you for the fast response. How many meters was the land. I was just showing your video to my wife. In NY my taxes for my home are about $19,500 a year. We are getting ready to retire and move to the DR. We know that DR my pension will not be tax and I don't have to pay taxes to USA as long as I am living more than 5 months outside the USA.
