WOW! From the moment I saw the thumbnail, I needed to know how this shelter was made. I like the use of short rounds of lumber: they help thermal mass and are lighter to work with than rocks. The arched roof sheds weather and maximizes sidewall space. Few Bushcrafters add the wooden entry deck.
