I think its awesome that the two of you are collabing. He's my favorite apex streamer by far and you inspired me to build an sff system but I think the reason his current system, which is still a beast, was under performing because it needed a fresh install of windows / drivers. I had a 3070 that I felt was underperforming so I decided to do a fresh install of windows and drivers and got the performance I was expecting based on reviews.

I don't know if XMP II is an ASUS thing but it works for me. Everyone said you should enable XMP when you have high speed memory. I always wondered "Wich one? XMP I or II?". TBH if he gets THAT bad performance on his current setup and weird issues, he probably needs some education on how to use a PC, not a new setup... 92fps on a 9900K and a 2080ti? thats defenitly some config/user error and nothing else. not trying to sound salty or anything. but IMO finding out WHY his performance was so bad would be way more interesting than "yea lets get him a new PC" (which he DEFENITLY doesn't need).
