This is only the second PC build on KZbin that I've saved for future reference, and the first one was also from you. One thing I've always wondered about water cooling setups - will degassing the cooling line/filling it under vacuum be of any benefit? There are tools that do this for a car's coolant systems . (though I don't think there's an absolute advantage, just being a snobby nerd)

Absolutely gorgeous build. I'm breaking down my smaller mining rig with 6 3090s soon, can I use a 3090 FTW3 Card with this case, or is the PCB too long? Also, if you step-up to a 12900K and 3080ti, I don't think the 750W power supply would suffice, might have to get a bigger power supply.
@effervescence56642 жыл бұрын
I've done much the same with a 3090 but an old 9900k, it's a compromise but I don't need the fastest cpu only a decent gpu for work. Gorgeous build though and much better looking than mine.

Never understood the cache that people give to hardline tubing. It's simply not used in industry unless you expect shock flows or waterhammers, and you simply will never have that in a computer case. And it makes it way harder and actually doesn't seal as well generally. I don't think clear soft tubing looks bad at all either - it looks much more natural to me, actually. I just don't see it as worth it at all.

I've just completed my A4 H2O build with a full custom loop based off the Eisbaer LT solo and was able to fit TWO radiators. The typical 240mm up top, and In front of the 3080 Extreme Waterforce block fits an Alphacool Nexxous radiator from their server style series. It's a 45mm thick 2x60mm radiator and I'm having great thermal results at extended stress tests. It fits like a glove in the hole in front of the case. I'll laser cut a 3mm mesh grid on the front panel to match the side panels next week, but for now it runs without the front panel snapped in, but still looks great. System details: ROG strix z690i, i7-12700k. Aorus RTX3080 Extreme Waterforce 12gb, 32gb DDR5 Fury RAM, WD Black 2TB, Eisbaer LT 240 system with added 120x60x45mm radiator and all clear lines run inside the anti-kink springs. I'm using 2x Noctua NF-p12 redux 120mm fans 1700rpm, and 2x 6015 fans from amazon that sound very reasonable for 5000rpm. I know you've said that loop order really isn't a factor, but I put the smaller radiator between the i7 and RTX3080 just to keep things tame. I even added a leather handle to the entire build as a sort of tribute to the Loque Ghost premium look. This build was driven by necessity as I'm a professional product designer, but heavily inspired by Optimum Techs info and style of doing these SFF builds. I'm not a big social media/ youtube person, but if you'd like some photos or details, I'd love to share.
