I still have the original Darth Vader figure case filled with original figures. I now have a means to display them properly. Thank you for these videos. They are a great inspiration as well as a learning tool for me. My favorite part is the red acrylic addition with the circuit board behind.

Such a cool build, I loved when you lit the circuit board behind the acrylic and everything came together! Makes me want to get a laser cutter and decorate my place like a star destroyer 😂

Congrats on 1500 and another great video! Now I'm sitting here thinking of all those old electronics I never salvaged for Greeblies.. they never got to reach their full potential. That won't happen again!

That's fantastic! Definetly worth the wait from last week. I just pulled apart a computer, and there are,so many greeblies that I can use! Its great! Also, I am working on making a video of 10 Star Wars geeked out projects, including a thermal detonator, mouse droid, ans more!

Confused Akko thank you very much. But I say dive in even if you only have are scissors and hot glue you can start creating awesome stuff! A pencil and a clean sheet of paper can also open a world of doors. Something out of nothing! Thanks for watching!!!

I’m really interested in the tooling you use and depth of material etc and how the files are produced I just need a Geekafication. Anyway thanks for making the universe a happier place!!!!!!!!

PURROS Leukos so much appreciated!!! Sadly I don’t own a laser cutter . . . Yet 😉. I have been getting my laser cut panel fix from a good buddy of mine. But I’ll tell you what, I’ll reach out and see if he can collaborate with me on a Geek-e-cation episode to show you how it goes.

I may have missed something, but will you have to unscrew the entire unit when it comes time to change the battery?

Armoury-Terrain no you didn’t miss anything, I did. I never mentioned that the battery was only for testing. Once this is fully set up it will be installed with a power supply and controlled by arduino or similar when the time comes to program it.

We actually have one that a maker on the replica prop forum did. It’s excellent, and we are going to build a case for it to display and discuss how he makes them to share with you all soon.

Im subscribed to the awesome punished prop for ages now as well as I like to make stuff, but I found your channel through Rob Petkau from Genesis custom sabers channel who gave you a shout out recently. I watched part 1 and was very surprised that you said at the start of this part 2 that you have 1500 subscribers. Your channel is excellent and very polished, felt like a much higher subscriber type channel. Hopefully the numbers match your channels quality very soon and are around the 6/7 digits, I think it should be at, very soon. Great job, great video, please keep it going, its great content, well done :)

What are the weights with holes in them called that I see makers use?

darrin plank hi there. You know, we haven’t in the past, it that’s likely because no one has really asked. But we are updating our website as we speak and discussing putting “kits” of stuff up there, specifically the laser cut stuff. Is that something you would be interested in?

First let me just say you do great work. I just discovered your channel a couple of days ago and started to watch your videos in order from the beginning. Great quality production, BUT I did find a mistake in this video. I can't believe you mad such an obvious mistake 8:16 . (Do you see the error of your ways?) :) I will choose to believe that these are temporary and will be replaced when your are finished. :)
