Only thing different I would have done was put adjustable upper control arms in. B8/B8.5 and C7/C7.5 cars are known for front tires wearing on the inside prematurely when they are lowered....

How come ecs didnt use their own branded trans mounts? I have a set of ecs trans mounts and noticed some of it has poly on it. I wonder how long that will last. compared to the 034 all metal mount

When doing the rear springs did you put the wind deflectors back in? For me they were too annoying to line up so left them off

Why no front sway bar wouldn’t that combat understeer

adding a stiffer rear bar helps bias towards oversteer - the front will actually have less tendency to understeer since it will have less torsional stiffness than the rear.
