45,000 engineers working together with this specific afp CNC and 1500hp.for each spindle motor?May I know what kinds of materials for being placed in the aerospace 's equipments of which parts?

George typically there are 3 or 4 materials used for the fiber; kevlar, fiberglass, carbon fiber, possibly basalt or flax ( maybe basalt or flax fiber) I think the resin is PEEK or epoxy.

they are mostly laying down Toray T800S/3900 or Hexcel IM7/8552-1. ~$120/lb.

not with those thermoset materials. They'll either need to be cured in an autoclave or oven. They do make AFP systems for thermoset composites. Look that up.

this can be made way faster with an array made of a flexible bed with square or hexagonal movable cells, all of those cells with small robotic arms placing tape, just for the simple geometry bigger parts. for the small parts only a kuka sized robot arm is necessary, or a combination of them
