Thank you Colin for a packed out Sunday Review. Interesting to see so much of the work on the underpass - you must have got a giraffe to hold the camera! The cinema Wilko build is really starting up, stairs being placed and steelwork advancing. I thought you were going to pay my brother a call when the clip started with a shot of the Rose and Crown. Just as well maybe, he is training to be on the skeleton staff at the Tower Dungeon! Best of luck to Smart Men's Clothing - I want to visit this new shop when I can get to Blackpool next. I also wish the relocating businesses success online or in the town. However I wish they would leave the premesis as an attractive proposition to future rentors. Stickers on the windows, dying plants and merchandise left around does no good to the look of the street and does nothing for the goodwill which is vital to any business. Great to see the trams on Talbot Road - I remember watching our channel as the concrete was poured between the rails . . . how far we have come! Kris and myself [both recovered from covid] wish you and your good lady Susan all the very best and happy vlogging and congratulations on 4000 plus subcribers! :-)

First class Colin to see the trams on the new tack to the hotel, it is sad to see the shops close down but the Nook looks to have a good selection of drinks best wishes to them. I liked the Heritage tram at the end i love the old trams as i said to you before i love forward to the tour of Tramtown in a few weeks when i visit.

Hi Colin, very interesting Video , all the building work is coming on very nicely. All the best to Jacob l hope he does well, Church St is in a good position . The Nook looks nice , even blankets on the terrace for anyone that feels the cold, that is so thoughtful. The Trams are putting some life into Talbot Road, are they going up to Fleetwood Colin it will be very handy for the people who will be staying at the Holiday Inn especially on market days.
