Thank you Captain Colin for this Sunday review. We wish all new retailers all the very best as the season gets under way and may there be many days of blue skies and seas at Blackpool so that plentiful footfall ensures good trade. We had a day out at Blackpool with you and now we enjoyed a cruise on Fairhaven Lake with you and your friends. How I would embark on that motorboat with my walking stick I do not know, we might need a loading crane operated by Kris or a Bo'sun's chair as used at lighthouses! The lake looks a lot larger from the helm of the boat than it does from the bank. Getting out of the boat must also be interesting, I am glad your video filming equipment was unaffected. The picture on the screen was remarkably stable for being hand-held on a rocking boat! Well done! I am back home at long last and at the driving seat on my laptop, so good to use a large keyboard! Kris and I send our very best wishes to you and of course to your good lady Susan. :-)

Hi Colin . Your videos wouldn't be the same without the opening shot of the Irish Sea, Piers and beach and of course the tower. Good luck to the new stallholder in the Market and to all of the other stallholders who are always cheerful and welcoming. Interesting to se a a new 'Jewellers/pawnbrokers' in the town. Good update on the W/P offices Holiday Inn car park. The new coffee shop is very impressive indeed, bet it will smell great when they start grinding the beans. Good luck to the new bag shop. It's a pity the Easy Hotel didn't come to fruition but I'm sure a car park will be a welcome sight. Another great view of Fairhaven Lake and you even got to have a boat ride this time even as Captain. No one realises how big the lake is until you row it which I have done a few times. Good morning Colin, enjoyed your Video, had a look in the bag shop, unfortunately they hadn't got what I wanted so had a ride up to Fleetwood Market it was heaving with people, and so nice to see , hope the people on the Stalls, had a good day and I got just what I wanted. Some interesting Stalls in Abingdon Street Market, been told the Goods are very expensive, will pay it a visit and see for myself. If that land down South Shore is going to be a Car park, won't it cause congestion, right on a main road. ? How is Hart's coming along round the corner.?
