Building Boba Fett's Gaffi Stick

I have my stick mostly completed now doing the weathering to the spear end, now that its assembled the one thing I should have done was instead of using wood dowel for the core use steel rod the same size, wouldn't be as flexible

9:51 The tip you’re using here… it doesn’t appear to be in the pictures on the knife’s Amazon page. Or at least not to me. Did you buy it separately? If so, do you have a link? Or name? Thanks! I like your stuff.

It must have come from some random wood burning tip set that I bought to replace the fine tipped ends that I always break (I tried to find exactly where it came from in my order history but came up empty) I quickly looked on Amazon and there were a few different tip sets that looked like they had the same/similar piece. Wood burning tips that screw in are really standardized so any of the different sets should work in the Walnut Hollow knife.

Try using “fumed silica”/ CABOSIL instead of baby powder as a thickening agent.
