Just watching this now - Charles forecast that the new releases were being processed so quickly that Shelley and Goguen were on course to be released "in the same quarter". Shelley was released 5 months ago but it's still likely to be months before we see Goguen. Hmm

The ONLY thing wrong with Cardano is Charles. Seriously, he's brilliant, but he is going to bury this project. It need a new face and personality. Someone that is more business/marketing oriented like a Justin Sun or Brad Garlinghouse. Nonprofit? It's a joke. It has such potential. Technical brilliance doesn't always translate into solid business leadership and vision.

As a holder of ADA my biggest concern with Hoskinson is the pursuit of perfection at the expense of results. Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, Richard Branson, etc all moved very fast. Microsoft is no where near the “best” tech for OS but it’s the most successful because they got to market fast and a sound strategy. How many “better” companies and tech than the iPod or Microsoft Windows never got anywhere??? There are endless examples in tech of companies that failed to get anywhere because they were striving to build the best possible solution. What’s the parallel where this approach has ever worked in tech?

Bob Pilling first mover advantage was like 10 years ago in BTC. MySpace and FB were about 12 months apart and Facebook won because of a better go to market. I think it reinforces the point the ADA is moving way to slow. Google lost to Facebook because Facebook market size was so dominant. ADA is taking 5+ years to get in right, and in the meantime finding time to write white papers on how great they are???

I agree with you 100%. Charles wants to make a perfect flawless project and only launch on the market. Unfortunately, as you wrote, before this happens, society can adopt something else. (Unfortunately, there are no perfect things in the world).

checked cardano's explorer(@ cardanoexplorer.com)..... the on-chain activity is laughable....i know there are more phases but im not holding my breathe. I think it's important to ask this question to founder types like Charles about their project, "How are you going to get people to care about cardano compared to the other high profile blockchains?
