I would have put fill dirt under the base to work as insulation & prevent air from keeping the flor cold.

Its neat but you used cut lumber and for true survival you shouldbhave built it in thebgroumd for geothermal heating and cooling. That said however id like to take a moment to appreciate how hard you worked on that its beautiful seeing people really put effort in.
