The brain is a power thing, it recognises problems with similar pattern and will go through the process of elimination by suggesting different approach. So the more opportunity we put ourselves in that situation, the quicker we’ll learn and come up with creative way to approach the problem.

Ok, Mr. Phil Jackson I'm not gonna call a timeout when you're down by 20 so that you guys can develop some problem solving skills out there on your own. I like it!

Exactly! Watching the game and exposing yourself to different movements u are not comfortable at the time goes up to the subconscious and u start replicating those moves u saw others use

You can implement some of these lessons in any sports to be honest. I’m a Quarterback, and I see how this can translate in football.

If hoopers or just any athlete understood how we as humans operate, they would be where they want to be in their respective sport and wouldn’t even need you at that point bc they would have knowledge of self. Something that a lot of young ppl or even adults don’t realize about themselves.

You need the wisdom of God, not of "self".

@@Yes-gq6rr u aren’t gonna get far in life, if you are religious. And u see that’s the problem with society right there 🤦🏾♂️ not knowing that we are at fault for everything that is happening within us and around us

@@Yes-gq6rr all I’m trying to say, from one fellow human to another is we are programmable beings. We operate some what like a computer. We have to put good quality information within ourselves and filter out the misinformation around us to come to the correct conclusion of this reality we live in. Which society is already in a state of slavery and don’t even realize it bc we thought this the way it was supposed to be. Sorry for the rant, hope u see what I’m trying to say👌👁
