Great demo video, lots of falling stuff to raise a cloud of dust. That front cornice on the bldg was pretty degraded as easily as it came down.

Excavators are extremely expensive to repair he was using caution for the machine, the building next to it and the unprotected man working with him. I thi k both did a great job working as a team.
