Building for Scale by Dr. Cosmas Maduka

Dr. Cosmas Maduka, Founder & Chairman Coscharis Group delivered the keynote speech at the 3rd FATE Foundation Annual Alumni Conference, September 26, 2018 themed "Building for Scale" at the Muson Center, Lagos.
He spoke about his life and entrepreneurial journey and how through hardwork, dedication, perseverance and focus, he was able to transition from a small trading business to a owning a group of businesses that spans several countries.
He also highlighted the importance of putting in structure and systems as part of the key requirements of scaling.

A speech as unique as this should be written out as a small pamphlet and distributed freely to kids in high school and the universities to enable them have a clearer financial/business foundations. I wish I had come accros this piece earlier in life. Anyways, it is better late than never. So proud of his vision and character. Worthy of emulation. Kudos brother!

Thanks Mr cosmos maduka . I listened with keen interest. I learnt that to succeed and scale your business . You must know the basics of your business. You must have a detailed account details of your business. A,,,a book for purchase B,, you must have a sales book. A credit book A income book . Finally you must balance all your daily accounts . You must not leave your business only in the hands of your workers. Finally , you need professionals to help you grow up and scale up the business
