If you don't make 4CC in a month, what will happen in that month??

Depending on what level you are at, but in general not much :) 4CC is a commitment. If you don't do 4CC it is like one week coming to work and other one not. It shows that you are not that serious about the business. Doing 4CC is not very hard, it is just a matter of how serious you are, how humble you are, how committed you are, how important this is to you.
